Retired Resources

The following resources have been retired and are no longer actively maintained:

  • HMPP (Resource Catalog)

What does this mean? #

The resources listed above have been discontinued due to a loss of funding or other support. As a result, existing data for the resource will not be updated and new data will not be added. Other links or tools associated with these resources may no longer function reliably. In some cases, existing data from retired resources may still be accessible, however, this is not guaranteed and functionality may be limited.

To reflect this status, these resources have been labeled as “Retired” in the NIAID Data Ecosystem Discovery Portal.

How can I use the Discovery Portal to find similar resources that are not retired? #

The Discovery Portal has shortcut buttons to make it easy to find related resources. For example, clicking the metadata buttons under “Content Types” for the retired resource will return resources that have the same content types. Clicking “Gene Variant” in one Resource Catalog will return all resources that have “Gene Variant” as a content type.

To find related resources using other metadata fields, click the resource to open its full page and click any of the magnifying glass icons.
